What does it mean to face a life-threatening illness?
We all face life challenges that can consume and potentially destroy us. Each of us has the choice to face these challenges with dignity, courage and determination. This is my story of my journey as one of seven women in my family who have faced this challenge.
Today, I am gathering stories of women and men who have survived cancer and who have learned valuable lessons through their experience. Their story is important because they each have developed unique skills for coping with and transcending their own suffering. I will be publishing an anthology of these stories and invite you to share your story with me to support and inspire others to find their own healing through your words.
